• Your MPM ID#
• Your display name (example: John Doe or John D.)
• Your photo - Your photo should be 150px wide by 180px high (Portrait). Please send either jpg or gif formats, although we can work with other formats. We also need a smaller photo (face only) and should be 80px by 80px.
• Your testimony (long) - please provide a testimonial of your MPM experience. It can be as long as it needs to be (within reason) to get your point across. You can also send HTML formatted text. All non-standard HTML, such as scripts, cgi, etc. will be removed. We will edit any spelling or grammatical errors for you so don't worry about that.
• Your testimony (short) - please provide a testimonial of your MPM experience.  It needs to be brief, not more than 255 characters so it can be read in the 5 seconds before it scrolls to the next testimonial. This is a text-only version -- no formatting allowed. We will edit any spelling or grammatical errors for you so don't worry about that.
• Your testimony will be displayed in several locations within My Power Mall which is the reason for two versions.
